Super energy up gives me energy, but it also makes me nauseous. And this was after eating something after taking the pill. My stomach is not typically sensitive except when it comes to energy in the form of certain substances (i.e. caffeine, ginkgo biloba, etc.) I’d recommend if you’re looking for a more natural energy supplement and you don’t have a sensitive stomach.

Works very well for me.
I work night shift (5 PM until 3-4 am) & my sleep quality during the day is pretty awful. I take 2 of these in the evening when I get up for work & they work very VERY well for me, I'm not drowsy or sleepy at ALL for my entire shift. I work out after work for anywhere from 1-3 hours & I'm usually up until between 7-9 AM, & I STILL have energy left over.   I would say you should check with your health care provider..however, for me, 2 capsules are fine..vitamin B does not stay in your system, so the body does not store it.

I have a hard time swallowing big pills. I would like to try this vitamin, but don't want to spend the money and find out that it's huge. Approximately how big is this vitamin?

  This pill is the same size as a multivitamin capsule..probably half inch...and again, it is a capsule.

Is this a good product for staying up all night for continuous use; e.g. studying and working on a computer over night 2-4 days a week? I recently tried double strength jet-alert and noticed it worked on day one of staying up all night. I tried a second time and feel I would have had to use more of the product to get the same results as the first night. Any good suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
