I recently purchased these capsules, and after comparing it with some studies that I had found online, it seems that 4 capsules would be needed to get the recommended amount of withanolides. Has anyone tried this or know anything in regards to its safety? Thank you!

Best Answer:  I've been taking only 2 a day for quite a while - and it works for me. I tend to not take as much as the bottles call for; my philosophy is to take the least amount it helps and to not go overboard with anything.
I think it depends on what you're taking it for. I read that it was a good energizer and have since read that it is also good for relaxation . . . so who knows?!

Best Answer:  I currently take this product but do not know. The bottle does not state as it is a private label product. The label only states it was manufactured for The Vitamin Shoppe located in North Bergen NJ which is consistent with all of the other Vitamin Shoppe products I have.
