Hi, I would like to know the difference between B_Complex 100 softgels & B-Complex 100 capsules? How do they look??? No pictures on a bottle you cannot see into???
Which works better? Why ???the difference???

Best Answer:  Softgels contain liquid oil. Capsules contain dry powder. The liquid oil is more readily absorbed by the body and is therefore more effective.
