Works well
If you're taking this because your heart is clogged from any regular or FORCED REASONS.. it's very good but I'm 19 and desperate with heart problems after a certain poke, never had problems before. This works great! But don't be afraid to go further and try other better brands or ideas.

No side effects, small capsules. I took this for long Covid & like all supplements it's hard to know if it works but I will keep taking it.

Did not work for me
I had acute DVT and decided to try this natural supplement. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me, and yes I was taking a heavy dose on an empty stomach. I put myself at high risk of getting a pulminary embolism, pretty scary. I am going back to using Pradaxa, which worked.

It contains Soy, which is bad for me.
This Nattokinase contains Soy, so I cannot use this.
