Supplement Facts missing
I've been taking the capsules for three months. How does one tell if it's improving your health or not? Nowhere searching the web and looking on product bottles do I see supplement facts (nutrient values). I read a lot of words about how super clean and how much people like the product. I would appreciate seeing per serving facts (numbers).

There's 60 per bottle ÷ 4 a day, doesn't last. I ordered another bottle. I'll be consistent with 2 @day see how that goes. I am trying to clear congestion. So it's too soon to tell with less than 30 days taking it. But no change yet!

  I would think one or two capsules of Moringa would be better than none. If you live in a warmer climate (I live in North Florida), you can get Moringa seeds and plant them. My daughter-in-law's parents have a shrub growing in their backyard (North Florida) and they use it a lot in their cooking. Sometimes they cook it with mung beans. I love it. It is delicious and nutritious. Moringa is high in protein and other nutrients.

  Wes,I take the recommended dosage of 4 capsules. I checked with my doctor; he says any more than 4 capsules is a waste because your body can only absorb so much of the supplement.Julian
