Best Answer:  I would think one or two capsules of Moringa would be better than none. If you live in a warmer climate (I live in North Florida), you can get Moringa seeds and plant them. My daughter-in-law's parents have a shrub growing in their backyard (North Florida) and they use it a lot in their cooking. Sometimes they cook it with mung beans. I love it. It is delicious and nutritious. Moringa is high in protein and other nutrients.

I take the recommended dosage of 4 capsules. I checked with my doctor; he says any more than 4 capsules is a waste because your body can only absorb so much of the supplement.
