I have been chronically ill for years with a very weak immune system. This stuff has helped make a dramatic improvement in my health. I take 1 a day with few vitamin c capsules. It takes time for it to build in your system, so be patient, but it definitely works.

  Beta-Carotene is good for the eyes. I have worn glasses/contacts since the second grade and even had Lasik surgery. My eyes have not significantly changed since I started taking it. I am 54 and most of my friends need reading glasses and I am still ok!Hope that helps!Anna

The labeling is inconsistent. The front says 7500mcg of BETA-CAROTENE, the back of the label says Vitamin A 7500mcg (as beta-carotene) , these two are wildly different in values. Which one is it?
