Natural Vitamin E is an essential nutrient and is the body's primary, fat-soluble antioxidant. Vitamin E provides nutritional support for the cardiovascular system, skin, prostate, and the immune system. It helps fight cell-damaging free radicals that cause oxidative stress in the body, which may contribute to the premature aging of cells. This formulation provides natural Vitam E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol, plus d-Beta Tocopherol, d-Delta Tocopherol, and d-Gama Tocopherol). It is offered in oil-based softgels to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Review of Solgar Bitamin E
I find the Solgar brand one of the best. First brown glass bottles make a world of difference in preservation due to motivating light spectrum issues. Second most of the vitamins are higher potent y so I only need to take one pill rather than 2.
