My Must Have Before Bed Supplement
I take the recommended three capsules right before bed on an empty stomach. The combination of zinc and magnesium ensure I get a good night's sleep and recover expeditiously from my workouts at the gym. It has no side effects whatsoever and I consider it to be one of the many supplements I take on a daily basis that ensures I remain at my optimum at all times.

Depression and Floatiness
I heard nothing but good things about this product, and I don’t know if my experience is representative. But I wish I’d read something about my anecdotal experience before taking it. So here’s what I wish I knew in advance, for others who might be looking. I took this product as directed for women for 2 weeks each night. It did help me stay asleep, and I had nice vivid dreams. I think it works more or less as advertised. But the side effects are not worth it. I noticed over the course of two weeks I went from more chill in the day (which I tonight was just me well-restee(, to gradually more floaty and foggy during the day, to finally really acutely depressed practically over night. I am generally speaking even keeled and tend to be adaptable to fluctuations in my energy due to hormones and other factors. I am very aware of my mood and after assessing all possible variable, I feel strongly that this was the only “new” thing in my life that made me feel so profoundly off. A few threads on Reddit and random body building forums confirmed that other people have had this experience, perhaps because of the aspartate versions of magnesium. I’m not sure what it was specifically.. Our bodies are finely tuned little things. I would make sure you personally have a tolerance for each of the ingredients in this bottle before committing.

Great REM sleep
ZMA is amazing. It does not work 100% of the time, but a majority of the time it helps me get deep REM sleep. Just remember to avoid calcium for an hour or so before taking it.

Essential Recovery Supplement
I take this product on a daily basis whether I work out or not. It provides me with a well balanced dosage of zinc and magnesium which aids in recovery after having worked out or just after having worked period. My job is physical and not sedentary. By taking ZMA Tech I'm guaranteed to be at my best at work and in the gym as well.

Good Product!
Day 1, I took 2 capsules right before bed, woke up the next day feeling a slight boost in alertness. I noticed that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night to pee like I normally do. When I get up to pee it's not even that much but it wakes me up. I slept better and didn't wake up as much as usual. I wasn't as sleepy driving home from work either. The biggest thing I noticed other than this was my explosiveness while working out. I was able to jump about 2 inches higher and dunk the ball with ease the next day while playing basketball. So my muscles are recovering finally after getting a good night rest.

2nd night, I took 3 capsules this time same experience as the night before I didn't wake up to pee in the middle of the night and I was more alert than the day before. I am really amped. I hope this continues. My testosterone levels are a low 286 and hopefully good sleep can help get my numbers go up as well.

I don't remember any dreams I had so not sure if that will happen or night but looking forward to that.

Great for recovery
I have started a new supplement regimen with a focus on recovery. ZMA is on of the main components. I take it at night to help me sleep through the night and let my body recover. I have definitely noticed a difference in the quality of sleep. I wake up and feel rested. I initially took it with GABA but have found that ZMA works on its own. I only take one pill/night because I take a multi that contains all of these ingredients as well. *I had some crazy vivid dreams when I first started taking this. That has subsided but I am still sleeping all through the night.
