Noticeable difference and perfect to use when planning ahead for a social carb load

OLD RELIABLE. I have been faithfully using Phase2 carb controller ( white kidney bean ) as a supplement for decades now. This specific one is old faithful. The product is consistent and effective. This is not a magic weight loss pill, this is a highly effective natural supplement with zero side effects and many advantages. I have noticed it is highly effective in helping digestion overall. I do not use it to "shred" or "cut" for any specific reason, so truly I don't know how effective it is in the major weight loss arena, Rather, I have gastroparesis, and this product is almost as essential as the other medications I take in keeping my pain level down and keeping things functioning as well as possible. Carbs are difficult for me to digest as is, everything is difficult but some foods are worse than others and some are prohibited all together such as anything with seeds, skin, ect anything that is very high in fiber or cruciferous is prohibited. Inflammatory foods are prohibited. Most individuals I have knowledge of meeting them at/through the GI specialist clinics, with this condition, usually end up on a feeding tube or liquid nutrition only. No solid foods. I am hell bent against doing that, therefore I spend years finding alternatives. I do not truly know why the white kidney bean has been effective in helping my condition, as it certainly is not Dr. recommended (because they only recommend harsh and expensive procedures and big pharma pills) I uncovered this myself through trial and error and maybe it could help someone else with this condition, however I am not a Dr. and would advise that it is at your own risk to try and seek holistic alternatives, my statements are only my personal experience and are not advice or recommendations to treat or cure anyone of anything.

Did not notice any difference in weight or digestion of carbs.

Been using this product for a long time. No side effects, and I do believe that it has helped me manage my weight. I eat A LOT of carbs and the scale does not show it.

I'm cutting and trying to bring off fat on a low carb diet. I mainly use it on my cheat day and always wake up lighter the day after. I usually have a burger combo for a cheat meal and eat normal there after.
