      High Caffeine, Beta-alanine, Creatine kill you!
      This is not good at all. First of all your body will heavily be dehydrated. Your eyes will keep unrested and sleep will be blown away. Don't recommend at all.

      C4 is the time-tested true pre-workout
      I am an OG C4 drinker. I've been using this product since 2010: first for fitness and athleticism goals while in the infantry, then going to college where my focus was bodybuilding and aesthetics, and now in my 30's where my focus is powerlifting, strength, and longevity. Yes, I remember the old formulation that made you want to leap out of your skin. This product has changed over the years, but it is still great, and it has been there no matter what my goals have been. I've tried all the major brands, and I keep coming back to C4 Original. I encourage everyone to try the others on their fitness journey, but C4 is the standard that I compare everything to. A reliable, well-rounded pre-workout.

      Poor customer service
      The product is ok. The company however took the majority of my subscription to start sending emails about the upcoming renewal. I'd find out by the charge on my account. They also think it's ok to inconvenience and rip off the customer by taking their rewards money because they changed their rewards program when they could simply apply a similar reward to their new program!
