Take one serving (appox. 1 scoop) of C4 Original with 6 fl. oz of water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine.

My new favorite preworkout

The OG back with a bang!
Legit! Even better with the Velox addition! Definitely earned itself a permanent place in my pre workout rotation! I stack with with the cellucor creatine for an even bigger pump at the gym. 200mgs of caffeine doesn't give you the jitters either so great for beginners as well (my GF loves it)! ??????

The Best Preworkout on the Market
I have been using C4 for years now! The flavors they come out with are always top-notch. The Hawaiian Punch Flavor is one of my favorites.
I can not recommend the product enough. I have used it for traditional strength training, CrossFit workouts, and going for long 10+ mile runs.
