Taste is good, doesn't mix well
Taste is pretty good but it doesn't mix too well, maybe it would be better in a shaker bottle but not the best in a cup/glass. But I do like this better than the pills

Heat is real, mixing is mixed
This is a very good product and is reasonably priced. I wouldn't buy it anywhere else. The only thing I have against it is that not only is the Blue Raz not as flavorful as the Fruit Punch, it doesn't mix nearly as well either. I can really tell the increase in heat within my body within an hour. While I don't see a direct effect of the carnitine just yet on getting leaner, I am adjusting eating as well and the added thermic effect is likely helping and can't attribute to fat loss, at least just yet. Great product and plan on continuing it.

Great product at a great price
I really like the flavor it’s great (Fruit lunch) and my workouts have been very good. Combined with other supplements. I never really had any issue with my skin, so hard to tell if there have been positive results or not. I have been losing weight, maybe about 8-9 pounds in the last few months. Hard to say if as a result of using this or just working out more. But either way, positive results. I would buy this product again. Good ingredients overall, with a good amount each.

Fully Doses and highly effective!
Everyone talks about the taste and it really is good, however this product is fully dosed. You get 3 grams of CLA, you would have to talk 3 servings of pills to get the same dosage. It also is fully dosed in Carnitine 2000 mcg. Add an added bonus 6.6 grams of Collagen to help with skin, nails and joints. If you purchased these items separately you would spend upwards of 60 dollars. No it may not be useful for ketosis but you can use the unflavored variety and stack with your protein drink or other liquid.

I have found it particularly useful in reducing body fat naturally, yet very effectively. Not to add my skin looks awesome! I usually take this mixture with breakfast and I truly enjoy it. Don't have to remember to take pills each day. I enjoy it and sometimes even add another scoop if my Garden of Life Collagen. Hope this information helps!
