So gross without flavor
Omg it tastes so bad with just water ?? I got unflavored to mix with my pre workout, bad idea. Not sure how "unflavored" can have a taste but it does and it's disgustingggg on its own?. (I drink with pre workout then alone with just water during cardio).

Not mixing well is a GOOD thing!
For those complaining about it not mixing well - that is a GOOD thing. The 3 main amino acids are hydrophobic, meaning they should repel water. Be very suspicious of BCAA products that mix completely; you likely aren't getting what you think you are and you are probably feeling the placebo effect.

If you are into clean products, this is the one.
This is a clean source of BCAA's...the complaints about "bad taste" or it "not dissolving" are because it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners and flavors. If you are into clean products this is the one. You can get used to the taste and the after taste doesn't ;last long. I take a swig of plain water after I drink this and I'm fine. I'd rather have a clean product, without artificial ingredients or energy stimulants, in my system and a few seconds of a bad taste, over a junk filled good tasting product any day.

People complaining about the taste are being a little much. It's like drinking flat sparkling water with a subtle aftertaste. Very drinkable and helps with muscle recovery. Will continue to repurchase again and again.

Horrible Taste
Let me start out by saying this product does what its suppose to. However all the reviews about it being bitter couldn't be more right. This tastes awful. I have it before working out and feel like throwing up before I can finish it. They sell a container of 59 servings. I have 50 still left. Really awful taste. Don't recommended.

Unsweetened, but very bitter flavor.
There's a difference between 'unsweetened' and 'unflavored', this does have a flavor... and that flavor is BITTER. I would not recommend mixing this with water. I typically take supplements powder straight and then Chase it down with the glass of water but this was unbearable , HUGE MISTAKE! You definitely want to add this to a smoothie with a variety of different flavors because this has an overwhelming taste to it. Besides that, it does what it's supposed to do. I swear by glutamine, one of my favorite supplements! I definitely feel a difference in my energy and Recovery levels. Muscles aren't as sore after an intense workout. After I finish off this can I'm going back to Sweetened mixes.

Does not mix well
Doesn't mix well. It just clumps and floats on top like it's waterproof. If I put it in a blender with protien powder it mixed ok, but adds the nasty taste. The taste would be bearable with juice, but as stated before? It won't mix.

seemed to work great, lost a little muscle mass after I stopped using it
worked great as long as I took it, after some years. sensing said i did not need it or I became intolerant of it, I have autoimmune issues.

it says 'UNFLAVORED," but it actually does have a taste and it is horrendous.

Best Answer:  I typically put it in an after work out protein shake or in a breakfast shake with the rest of my supplements in the morning. If you are looking to consume your BCAA's during a work out, then juice is another alternative. Just stay away from the sugars.

The directions say to take this product before and after a workout and to take daily. Does this mean you would take 1 serving of this product twice daily even on non training days?

Best Answer:  I usually take one serving pre-workout And then a second serving post-workout. I do not take it on my day off from working out.

Best Answer:  I have taken this product for 4-5 years after a recommendation from a coworker. I feel it does what it is supposed to and I have had no issues with gas. I mix it with my preworkout or water.

Best Answer:  There is no "flavor" to this. The taste isn't the greatest, but as long as you mix it in with something else, then you are good! It is worth the taste if you are looking for a clean product with no added artificial garbage!!
