I would NOT recommend

I am not a fan. I can see benefits but it is very grainy and does not dissolve. It is also extremely bitter. Description says unflavored. I think that must mean no additional flavors.

Taste makes me gag

The taste reminds me of preparing for a colonoscopy, only not sweet. The only way I can get it down is by mixing it in orange juice and water and adding a package of stevia.

lemon drink like

The taste isn't a barrier for me!! it's like having half a lemon in your drink. I actually enjoy it and find it makes drinking water much more pleasant.

Great stuff!

I really like this product. I know people have complained about the taste, but I drink either a shake or a smoothie pretty much every day, so I just add it to my drink. That way I don't taste it at all. I. Sure you could also blend it with something that tastes good, like an electrolyte drink to mask the taste. I was previously taking a different brand of creatine in the same dosage. Since switching to this, I have better muscle definition, which is pretty cool at my age (56). I also like that I get the Acetylene-L-Carnitine in addition to the Creatine.

Unflavored? Perhaps, but very Sour!

This product is listed as unflavored, and perhaps that meant that no flavoring was added, but it definitely has an extremely undesirable sour taste. Nothing a have tried masks the sour taste.

My muscles are returning!

People complain about the taste and I agree that it is not good to use in a drink. I use it in a smoothie of blackberries, blueberries and rasberries. You can buy a bag of those at Kroger's Publix, etc. I also add a scoup of whey protein and some honey. I am 87 and I use this 2-3 times a week before golf. It becomes my breakfast, and lasts me all day. Before golf I do my chinups, pullups, reverse situps, and piushups. I am acutally building muscle.

Very bitter taste.

The taste is very hard to cover up in any beverage. I don't know if the supplement is helpful because I can't find anyway to drink it.

This is supposed to help with energy. I want to try it.

Trying Acetyl-L-Carnitine since it’s not supposed to give you a fishy body odor like the regular L-Carnitine can. 😑
