Convenient, But Lacked Results
I wanted to like this since I'm not a fan of powdered creatine taste and the capsules are convenient. I used it consistently for about two years but noticed minimal results. I tried a different creatine powder recently and saw a difference within a week. I usually trust Vitamin Shoppe products, but this one just didn't do it for me.

Bodytech Creatine Beadlet
I like the way these creatine beadlets realse slowly rather than all at once. It helps my muscles during weight training and keeps helping afterward too.

Too many pills to be convenient
I was looking for a convenient better tasting creatine option. My own fault I'll admit it. I didn't read the label clearly. 4 capsules for only 2 grams of creatine is not convenient at all. It has zero taste so it achieved that goal at least. Guess it's back to the research lab to find a convenient better tasting option than the coppery powder lol

This creatine supplement is the best creatine by far that I've taken. I've gained muscle mass and my strength has increased also. I will definitely be reordering!
