      Paradoxine is derived from grains of paradise, which is a seed from the aframomum melegueta plant. It contains 6-paradol, an antioxidant that promotes fat metabolism.

      Directions

      Start with 2 Capsules to assess your tolerance. Take 4 capsules once or twice per day. To maximize efficacy, take up to 4 capsules of our stimulant based fat loss formula Cyclean AM in the morning, and take 4 capsules of Cyclean PM in the evening. Do not exceed 8 capsules of Cyclean PM in any 24 hour period when used by itself, If you will be combining Cyclean PM with Cyclean PM with Cyclean AM, Do not exceed 4 capsules of either product in any 24 hour period.

The PM formula doesn't mess with my sleep at all, although I have been having some very vivid dreams lately, but I wouldn't say that's a bad thing.       So far very happy, am only a week end and am taking low dose with other supplements. Works very well with food noise and cravings, sleep was concerning and seems to be improving, hard to tell with multiple supplements and low dose, am happy with perceived visceral fat loss and appetite control when used with Rauwolscine.
