This vitamin worked really well for us. First of all, I trust this brand and own multiple products from them. Although the size of the tablet may seem large, it is coated and doesn't leave a powdery residue when swallowing. Also, the size is par for the course for a multivitamin that boasts as much as it offers. I appreciate the fact it has organic ingredients and no gelatin. I'm taking this Every Man's Ine Daily Multivitamin for 55+ and I'm happy with it. Its convenient to have many essential vitamins in it. The tablet is easy enough to take. After taking it for a while, i feel its a good additional for healthy diet.

My husband took these and after a few days noticed an increase in energy. He did note that he definitely had to take them in the morning and with food to avoid an upset stomach. The pills are rather large in size and do have a "vitamin " odor to be aware of if you are sensitive to smell.

Got these so my dad could take them. He says they are big pills and don't have a weird taste to them. Or smell bad. He still takes one everyday. Says he hasn't notice a difference in anything lol. I think he just has to take them longer.

It's a good size to swallow. I'm 53 so I picked the 55+ since it was closest. Not sure of results yet, but the digestive support part of it appears to be doing something at least.

Well my husband seems to like these. He takes them daily. He says it gives him energy throughout the day. The glass brown bottle is convenient. Sits right with his other meds. No need for extra storage And they are easy to swallow. I don't know about the absorption rate just what he says. Seems to be easily digestible and getting hung in your throat like some pills.
