Body Relaxation
I notice that this helps especially with body relaxation more than my mental anxiety, but that does go somewhat hand in hand, so my overall wellbeing has definitely improved quite a bit! I also have PMDD and experienced a much better PMS with this supplement!

Very helpful for sleep!
I just came off of anti-depressants and decided to take Ashwagandha Root to help with sleep. It has worked so good in connection with some other helps like Magnesium cream. I'm sleeping better now than ever before and don't have the sleep hangover that pharmaceuticals create. I know the Ashwagahnda helps with other parts of the body like joints and muscles. Very pleased with the quality of this product!
