I added it to my post-workout protein shake, which was just a tablespoon of this, scoop of protein powder, tsp of creatine, and water. I would assume though you could use it the same exact way you would use flax seed powder - can add to oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, waffles, baked goods, smoothies, etc.

  I use mine mainly in smoothies that I make for breakfast every morning. I know you can also use flax meal as an alternative to eggs when baking. I have wanted to try this but haven't yet.

  I bought myself a Nutribullet. I put the flaxseed,chia seed in the Nutribullet along with the rest of the fruits and vegetables. You don't even taste the flaxseed or chia seed. Enjoy

  Hello!...I love to put it into smoothies, on yogurt, sprinkle on cereal and oatmeal, put in brownie mix for little healthy touch:)

  I put it in my green smoothies. I have also made chia seed pudding for a dessert. I have also just put it in water and drank it.

  I mix it with organic peanut butter and like it like that, i also make banana smoothies and put them to that as well.

  I sprinkle it on my salads. Can really add to anything.
