How can you be sure that the ingredients come from RAW food? Is there a 3rd party that evaluates these claims? The supplemental facts list looks exactly the same as every other vitamins? It says Vitamin C, not Vitamin C from real oranges. At the bottom is lists some "organic berry mixes" is that the RAW food?

Any idea why MK-9 (I assume you meant MK-9) is used? I can hardly find anything in the Web about MK-9. It's mostly MK-4 or MK-7 (the one recommended everywhere).

How many do you take a day?

Best Answer:  My husband usually takes 2 a day. The dosage on the bottle calls for 4 a day, but he usually only takes 2. We add other supplements, flax seed oil, vit C and saw palmetto & pygeum and alpha lipoic acid. His health is excellent at 59 and going strong!

Best Answer:  The manufacturer does not provide an exact measurement, however this item is a small/medium-sized capsule. Being it is a capsule, it would be smooth and easier to swallow over a tablet as well. The manufacturer also states capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or juice.
