Yes you can take all three capsules at once! I have never had any problem with these vitamins making me feel sick or nauseated, though I have with other types of prenatal vitamins. I do, though, take 2 with one meal and 1 with the next meal because the other garden of life vitamins are supposed to be taken two at a time for a total of four a day, and I just got into the habit of separating them out. I want to make sure that my body uses all of the vitamins available in these capsules. These vitamins are EXCELLENT. My midwives have always been impressed with my bloodwork while I've been on these vitamins. I have done some research and the Garden of Life really has their act together. I make my husband take the men's version and our four year old son take the kid's version. I wish they made a vitamin for children younger than four. Also, consider taking their Ocean's MOM suppliment during pregnancy and while nursing.

  Yes. These pills are gentle on the stomach and easy to swallow. Later on towards the third trimester you may experience contispation due to the iron and hormones but at that time I went to two
Pills a day and that solved the issue. I have a sensitive stomach
And these have never bothered me and I feel much better

  The reason there are three vitamins to take is so the body can maximize its absorption of the vitamins contents. If you take them all at once, you might as well be chucking 2 in the trash, as your body won't absorb them. You are also given yourself a steady stream of nutrients by taking a dose with each meal. And taking them before you eat is best.

  I suppose you could take them all at once, but I don't. I know it's a pain, but I spread them out through the day. I figure since I'm spending this much on an excellent vitamin for my baby, I'd rather my body have the opportunity to absorb as much of the goodness as possible.   Yes. I usually take all three before breakfast. Sometimes I space them out a little bit - if I am up early in the morning, just because swallowing a big pill at that hour is sometimes tough for me. But usually it's no problem, and I never, ever get an upset tummy.

  I wouldn't! I've been taking these for over a year! It's best to take morning noon and night! That way you get nutrients all they the day! Your body can only process so much! If you take too much at once your body will just rid the over abundance thru urine.

  I can and I have. Although...my Doctors says if you drink a lot of water all day, you may need to spread them out a bit so that your body gets a chance to absorb them before you urinate them out. They do not upset my stomach either, which is hard to find.

  Yes you can take all 3 at once. I have quite iften and it doesnt bother me at all. But, I'm sure it would be best to spread them out, that way you have the vitamins in your system throughout the day. I am on my third bottle, I highly reccomend them.

  Hi, while I'm not sure about DHA, I must say these prenatals were AMAZING. This was my 4th pregnancy and I was exhausted and certainly not getting all that I needed. This was recommended by 2 friends (6 and 10 children respectively) and I immediately felt better with this prenatal, had more energy and everything else I was experiencing (digestive issues) cleared right up. In fact, this baby was by far my healthiest and biggest baby yet and I am sure it is because my prenatal vitamin was so nourishing. I definitely recommend it. My friends also suggested taking vitamin d supplements which I also ordered through the Vitamin Shoppe as well as Lemmi Swirl (an omega 3 supplement). Hope this helps!

  My wife and I have always used an additional DHA supplement along with her RAW prenatals. I would recommend Nordic Naturals, Minami, or Garden of Life brand DHA. Garden of Life does distribute the Minami brand as an FYI.

You may be fine without but why take the chance if there is no real downside to adding the additional supplement besides cost.

  It is used as a prenatal vitamin because of the iron content. I am not pregnant nor am I planning to be. My iron is low so my homeopathic healthcare consultant recommended that I take them. They absorb really well.
