Good product
I have been using this product for over 6 months to help lower my cholesterol. It was easy to use, the capsules are really small and easy to swallow. I had no side effects. My cholesterol lowered to almost normal. I have been using Hawthorn extract in combination with this. I am very happy with this product.

I saw this on Dr. Oz but ...
I saw this on Dr. Oz but neither he or the label warn you that Grape Seed extract can cause extreme dizziness and can make your head itch.

As I suffer with Vertigo is it true that grape seed extract can cause dizziness?

Best Answer:  Hmm, I've never heard of Grape Seed Extract causing any side effects at all. I've been taking it for many years. What I notice is that I haven't come down with so much as a cold except maybe twice in the last five years. Whether its the product, or my belief in the product, is anybody's guess. But I plan to keep taking it. But if you are really concerned about this product causing dizziness, you might try stopping it for a couple of weeks, without making any other changes, and see how you feel then.
