Directions

Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx 5 g). Mix with 10-12 oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super colon cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx 1.65 g) the adult dosage.

Warning

This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Does what it is supposed to do with just 3-4 a day. Start with 2 and gauge what you need to clear your system. I've used this for years and believe regularity is a key to good health. It works!

  You should ask your surgical medical team when you had your surgery. I have the ban and have not encountered any issues. I have also use the powder as well as the capsules.

  I am not sure if it’s safe after a gastric bypass surgery. Ask your health care provider. You may want to use something gentler than colon cleanse.

Do I use this powder 10 days straight and continue another 2 months ? How often should I use this?

Best Answer:  Depends why you are using it in the first place. Have you ever cleansed your colon? Are you doing it for all the healthy benefits or do you have a health concern? I have used it daily for years due to another health issue but having a healthy colon is a good practice! Eating healthy is also important!

  Glad you asked. Depending on your size, for a large person about 6 per day work dependably. Takes about 24 hours. Try to take it 2-3 hours after food and with at least 8 oz of water.

  My experience has been as follows. I have to take a single dosage daily, but increase it to 2 every other day. With the double dosage I get a full cleanse. Can't do without it.
