Directions

Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx 5 g). Mix with 10-12 oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super colon cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx 1.65 g) the adult dosage.

This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Super Colon Cleanse
I make a Blended Fruit and Vegetable every morning for Breakfast and I add a little Super Colon Cleanse and it is a lot better than other Fiber Supplements and it doesn't Gel up and is like a Smoothy to drink. Also I just had a Colon Examine for the 3rd time and everything is great!

Best Answer:  Depends why you are using it in the first place. Have you ever cleansed your colon? Are you doing it for all the healthy benefits or do you have a health concern? I have used it daily for years due to another health issue but having a healthy colon is a good practice! Eating healthy is also important!
