we need Magnesium and the best options are the one you will take. This ionic magnesium works for me.

Minerals marie. This is a great option for a quick uptake of magnesium. When I get low my eyes twitch, or I get one eye lid twitching like its related to a mosquito. Either way I have learned that adding magnesium helps. Of course there are lots of options at the shoppe, but I am diesel so I chose the liquid drops as a fast acting option. The instructions say add it to water or juice to reduce the mineral taste. I don't mind the taste. And I like a good nights rest and calm energy.

Can't measure how much I'm taking.

Bottle says 4 FULL droppers full. Can't fill the dropper up but a third of the way. Extremely annoying and hard to measure.

Great and Affordable

I love this magnesium. It's pretty similar to trace minerals and I think it works just as well. Great to drop in your water and go. Works wonders for me!

Ionic

This is the least expensive ionic magnesium in dropper form I could find. It doesn't taste good but I mix it in with a lot of water and I use it at night for pain and sleep. I'm giving it only 3 stars because I feel like the price has gone up and they stopped filling it to the brim which means you don't get a full bottles worth of this product.

It tastes bad; you can get over it

I like liquid supplements and this is easy to take right before bed to help calm my sleep. I gulp it down fast with some other things that taste better and it's all good.
