I hope vitamin shoppe never stops making this formula!
This is the best. I take 3 of these about an hour before bed and it relaxes me and calms my mind, then knocks me right out. I sleep much better and I'm generally more chill since starting to take this.

So actually each capsule is 100mg.? 4 = 400mg. This label is misleading if thats the case.
      A shopperDec 30, 2022

That is correct. The label says 400mg per 4 capsules making it 100mg each. Apparently, they can label products this way.

I use this product daily. Despite the labeling, it is a good product.

That is correct- the label does say per 4 capsules underneath 400 mg.

They are quite large. If pills are hard for you to swallow you can actually open these up and add the powder to juice etc and take that way.

Is this the fully chelated magnesium glycinate compound? From the ingredient list it looks like a blend of glycine and magnesium stearate as separate molecules.
      Amanda SApr 28, 2024

Best Answer:  Yes, this supplement is 100% magnesium glycinate. Magnesium stearate is not part of the makeup of the supplement and only used on the outer capsule as a release agent.
