Hi, are these tablets to be taken with water or are they the dissolve in your mouth tablets? Thanks

Best Answer:  The capsules dont disolve you need to swallow with water. There are other ones that disolve though. I personally like these better but sometimes switch it up. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to work for me but for my wife its more like 15-30 minutes.

Best Answer:  Honestly, I do not know. Vitamin Shoppe should know.
It does work, however, and I have broken away from generic zolpidem tartrate (aka Ambien).
