Maybe something to this?
I have always supplemented my diet with your conventional vitamin C...but as of late, I learned of liposomal versions for more C absorption. The changes I note seem subtle...and maybe I need more time to use...but it seems like my immune system is performing much better for fighting cold/flu bugs ...maybe something to using luposomal C.

Price is 33% higher than other vendors of the same product.
The product works well and liposomal C has fewer side affects than other formats. But I can't recommend from the Vitamin Shoppe because the price is a good 33% higher than other locations. Even direct from Mercola's web store is notably cheaper.

Best Answer:  I have been using this about 2 months now and will never take another type or brand of Vit C. I have no side affects from this such as bowel issues or any other issues. The liposomal delivery is right up there with intravenous C so I am assured I am getting the benefit of much more actual C. I take high doses and it is really helping in the repair and regeneration of my back discs. I highly recommend it. Several noted researchers confirm this is the best C.
