Best diuretic I’ve been able to find on the market

Helps with pushing water
I cycle this product 5 days on 2 days off and then dandelion tea for 2-5 day then cycle off for 7 days. I practice this method as needed to assist with getting my body to naturally push/pull water.

Worked From Day One
I have taken so many other products for water retention and none of them really worked. MHP XPEL is the best product on the market!!!!!! I noticed a difference in the first 24 hours and have not had any issues with water retention since I started taking it 1 1/2weeks ago. I take it religiously every morning and late afternoon as directed. I am drinking more water than before and have noticed a curbing of my appetite. I havent actually weighed myself but I feel like I have lost a little weight. Give it a try. You wont be disappointed!

They Work
Buy these, you will not regret it. !! I notices a difference after the 4th day. Mind you these pills last for 8 days if you take them correctly. I noticed change mostly in my abdomen, it went down nicely, even on my back.

Safe and Effective
I've been using this product for over a year, and I find that it actually does help
more than my prescription "water pill" to reduce puffiness and water weight gain.
There are no negative side effects that I can see. My nephew also says it works
great for him for achieving a more "cut" look regarding his bodybuilding efforts.

Awesome product
I needed to drop a few water pounds to make weight for a powerlifting meet. Tried it and definitely had a good experience overall. The first time I took it the product caused a little stomach discomfort but after that no issues whatsoever. The weight came off quickly but at a reasonable rate, i.e. I didn't have to sit by the bathroom. In total I ended up easily dropping about 6 lbs in 2.5 days. This product is effective for water loss but its not designed to help you lose fat so I wouldn't get on it thinking it's great for getting leaner permanently.

Best Answer:  The product helps dehydrate your body and helped me lose 2-3% body weight for the short period of time I took it. It's not a weight lose aid and once you properly rehydrate the weight will come back

Best Answer:  The product has ingredients that make it a great diuretic, not a fat burner. But I did notice that it has 75mg caffeine per dose. That may make a difference to you.

I am confused on servings. It says to take 4 capsules twice a day so that is 8 pills a day and if the servings per container is 20 that math doesn't add up. Can someone explain this so I take it properly?

Best Answer:  you should take it for ten days. a serving is 4 capsules so total number of capsules is 4x20= 80. if u take 8 capsules a day (4 capsules each time twice a day) for 10 days, you will need 80 capsules, which is the exact number of capsules in the bottle. Hope that sheds some light

Hi, rate this product from 1-10 with 10 being the best. I retain lots of water and have high blood pressure. I need the best product for water retention. If I can loose some of the water and change my diet, I know I could get off my bp meds with my doctor's supervision...can you tell me your experience?

Best Answer:  Under normal circumstances, I rate this product a 9 out of 10 (10 would be considered miraculous). This product worked very well for me with getting rid of some water weight for a New Year's Eve dress I was trying to fit into. The dress fit regardless, but was just a little tight...XPel gave me the edge I needed so the dress fit comfortably. Now, having said that, normal water weight is VERY different than medical edema. I would not recommend this product for someone dealing with HBP and edema that you described...please consult your doctor! You might do better with mindful eating and cardio for a healthier start towards your goal. Good luck!

How often should you take this? How long of a break in between times you take it? I've been taking it on the weekends and then taking a break during the week and I don't know if that's defeating the purpose and wasting it??? Please help....

Best Answer:  I did not find this product to be a waste of money. You should take it with lots of water too. It has a lot of caffeine in it and is considered a diuretic. Green tea does a similar flush of the system. This is used for bodybuilding show prep during the last week. I do not recommend for casual use. What are you using it for? Its not for dieting.
