Noticable results
My husband is an artist and can be quite spacey, forgetting where he put things. After two days on Pharma GABA both he and I noticed a difference in his ability to focus and remember. Don't think I could manage the stress if he were to stop taking the product!

Love this
I am 47 have ADD. I have tried all the different meds and settled for a combo of non-stimulant prescription and natural remedies that would not interfere with meds. I read an online study that GABA worked really well for kids with ADD and decided to try it. This helps me feel less stress during the day and gets rid of the brain fog by morning. It also helps to calm the rapid fire thinking that sometimes keeps me up at night. Didn't realize how well it worked until I stopped taking it and couldn't recall details as well. Lol. I chew a couple during the day when I am starting to feel stressed out, but normally I take 2 or 3 before I go to bed. Tastes great, works in about 30-45 min. Have recommended it to others who have indicated they felt stressed, couldn't stop thinking at night and had trouble concentrating.

Best Answer:  This is an amino acid, and though I'm not sure how it works exactly, it has been a godsend for my husband who was having severe panic attacks (and often). These are chewable which means the gaba gets into the bloodstream much faster than a pill -- they are also delicious. I use it at nighttime when I'm stressed-out and know that I won't sleep. Both my husband and I chew a few during the day when work becomes stressful. There is no drowsiness or side effects of any kind that we've experienced. Pharma Gaba does not actually put you to sleep but it is very good at relaxing you and therefore creates the necessary condition for sleep - tranquillity. I found it to do this very well and I would recommend it if you are having trouble sleeping Take it about 1 hour before bedtime.
