Wonderful, Clean and Natural product
This Valeriana is the Amazing! Tried many different brand even from Europe. I only use natural products never chemicals so my body reacts on even a tiny bit of a difference. This product is wonderful if you looking for you relaxation. This is between "medium and strong" effects for me. Clean good quality. I recommend it.

Calm, Restorative Sleep
Worked perfectly. No hangover the next day like melatonin. I use a Garmin watch to monitor my stress, energy, and sleep quality. Normally my sleep is short and has high stress levels, on the first night I slept an hour longer than normal and had low overnight stress. I feel alert and ready for the day, which hasn't happened in months.

I take it every so often when I've had a few nights in a row of wakings or am a little stressed and find myself wired. I don't have any side effects and only take 1 capsule. Highly reccomend

Nature's Way Standardized Valerian Root Extract
This manufacturer has changed the formula on this product. It is not as effective as it used to be. Hardly. I was hoping they changed back to their old formula that worked very well. I lost a lot of sleep until I figured that out. It seems they have kept the newer, less effective formula without changing the label. I hope to return it when I can get the time to drive into Ft. Myers. I would not recommend this brand anymore.
