Best Answer:  I second the comments from Elaine K. No taste issue, but could be challenging for some kids to swallow, esp if they are younger, or tense up.

Most important....Make sure you have qualified medical advice on proper dose, including optimum DHA/EPA ratio, for your kids' age and application. (Ultimate Omega has higher amts than the average adult supplement.) EPA>DHa is recommended for some health concerns, while others might need DHA>EPA, or DHA=EPA.

I saw easy to swallow wasn't very high. How big are these capsules (penny, nickel, quarter)?

Best Answer:  This is a great product; I use it every day and feel better for it. The capsules are fairly large, about the size of a Mike and Ike candy or a Good N Plenty, but they are easy to swallow. Their elongated shape and slipperiness when wet help a lot. Just be sure to take a sip of something first so your mouth is wet, wet the capsule in your mouth and then wash it down with a drink. I take four of these a day and there's no problem. Be well!

Best Answer:  I don't refrigerate them even during summer. Just keep them in a cool cupboard
Of course I don't have room in my refrigerator
But they don't go rancid and if kept cooler you might avoid the tendency to stick together.

Best Answer:  Fish oils in general do not contain any sodium.
There is a small amount of sodium in the gelatin used in the soft gels, which is less than 1mg, depending on the size of the soft gel, but not enough to have to report on our labels. - Theresa K. (VS)

Best Answer:  The ingredients list EPA as 650 mg and DHA as 450 mg. The ratio is about 1.44 to 1
