Don't love the taste
This is probably just me, but it's sweetened with something that I can't stand. The consistency of the gummies is good. I haven't taken them long enough to notice a change. It's been just over a month.

Good supplement
I've only been taking these for a month, but it seems to have made a subtle yet positive impact on my focus and anxiety. The taste of the gummies are odd at first, maybe more "earthy" than I anticipated but it did grow on me. I'm switching to the caps with my next order just so I can get a larger bottle. Hopefully they work just as well.
