Melatonin 10mg the best choice for money
Yes, I like the 10mg selection better than OTC I got from a local retailer which was 5mg. It required 2 pills instead of one with your product.

IT WORKS!!!!
I TAKE ONE 10 MG. CAPSULE OF MELATONIN EVERY EVENING (ABOUT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE BEDTIME) AND I CAN TRULY SAY IT WORKS 90% OF THE TIME.

Just so-so
This product is effective in helping me get to sleep; however, when I have to get up to use the bathroom part way through the night, it is not effective in helping me get back to sleep. I have lain awake for hours. I am currently trying a time-release melatonin that seems to be helping me return to sleep after waking.
