No Groggy Feeling
The Vitamin Shoppe Melatonin has been such a game changer for my nighttime routine. Melatonin 10mg the best choice for money
Yes, I like the 10mg selection better than OTC I got from a local retailer which was 5mg. It required 2 pills instead of one with your product.

IT WORKS!!!!
I TAKE ONE 10 MG. CAPSULE OF MELATONIN EVERY EVENING (ABOUT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE BEDTIME) AND I CAN TRULY SAY IT WORKS 90% OF THE TIME.
