      This helps calm my busy mind at night
      I learned this trick from Dr. Paul Saladino to take L-Methylfolate at night if you have genetic variants in the MTHFR and COMT. I often have issues with "wide awake" brain at bedtime as I'm not good at breaking down catecholamines including dopamine. This has been helping me sleep better immensely!!

      Great Product.....Packaging Sucks
      I take this every day. It's the only thing getting my homocysteine levels in the normal range. I can only buy 30 pills at once in a bottle that could easily hold 300. The amount of plastic going into the landfill by me taking this product is depressing. I need it for my health...the planter's health would fare better if this was offered in 90 or 120 pills per bottle or even larger ..
