Questionable
I received this as a gift. Most of the herbal ingredients are unnecessary and questionable. I fell sick after taking, experiencing digestive issues and dizziness. This has never happened to me before while taking a multi vitamin.

My go-to for a womens multivitamin
I love the optimum nutrition brand! This is my go-to for a multivitamin. I recommend most of their products. Couldn?t give it 5 stars because I haven?t compared it to a lot of other brands and it?s a multivitamin - so how do you compare how ?effective? it is to other vitamins?? From my research they use quality ingredients without added junk. I trust that their vitamins are relatively ?clean?

I love this supplement! I used to get it from Amazon on subscription but they stopped carrying it. I didn’t use it for about a month and when I found it at Vitamin Shoppe and started taking it again I noticed what a positive difference it made in my health. Energy and more even moods although subtle definitely enough of a difference that I won’t ever run out again! Vitamin Shoppe saves the day !!

Would not purchase again
This product has all the vitamins and minerals a person would need but these are not for me. Every time I have taken them they made me extremely tired. I will stick to my regular vitamins in which the dosages are a little less than these.

Love these Multis!!
Just two pills in the morning with breakfast! I love that they're capsules and not tablets. I notice a huge difference from when I'm not taking them. Bottom line I would recommend them to a friend.

I love these Vitamins!
I started using these vitamins in 2014 when I started crossfit. It was one of the vitamins that was recommended for high impact, high intense exercise. This vitamin gives me energy and all the other nutrients my body needs. I certainly will continue to use OPTI-Women and I highly recommend it to other women who cross fit, are runners, or do some form of high intense exercise!

hey everyone so I just got my first bottle of opti women and as you know it says to take two pills a day. I'm a little confused on this. does this mean I should take two at the same time ? like in the morning, or should I split it up and take one say in the the morning and one in the afternoon ? and tips on this or how you guys take your pills would be great . I'm worried about taking two at the same time that seems like a lot , it seems like you should split it up but idk ive never taken anything like this before!

Best Answer:  I take two together on am after breakfast and it is fine. I have taken them for years that way. I see no harm in splitting it up though if you wanted to do that

im 18 years old turning 19 in a few months..im very petite barley weighing 100 pounds (98).... I'm not sure if i should take this i know its only a vitamin but is taking 2 pills a day to much for my body??

What if I take one capsule a day? Does it give the same results? It's so stuffed of vitamins, I just cannot belive we need two daily. Looks like a commercial idea to let you buy more items in half time

Best Answer:  Obviously, if you only take one a day, you will get half what they suggest. That being said, I bought these for my wife because she has tried a number of different brands over the years and and hasn't found any that she really likes more than any other, while I've used ON's Whey Protein and other products and felt that their quality was excellent. We also looked at the label and felt that these were loaded with too much stuff! She only takes one every other day, cutting down from my suggestion of one a day. We both use supplements and try to go light on them, although our kitchen cabinet doesn't look it. Then again, we're both in our sixties and don't have a single perscription on our night stand. Depending on what the suppliment is, we try to lessen it because, mainly, we'd rather be taking in our vitamins and minerals, etc. through diet. I hope this helps.
