Very effective for arthritis pain
I've have two back surgeries and have chronic headaches. This is one turmeric that takes away my headaches. If I forget to take it, I have a severe headache. I've used multiple brands that don't work. Very effective. Great ingredients.

Great formula
I've been taking a single turmeric capsule for years now and believe it is very helpful in maintaining my mental health and healthy joints. The bottle recommends more, but I caution that too much may increase pitta, so I've stuck to one a day and feel it's perfect for me. Love this company and prefer to buy online than in big box stores. Thanks!

Solid turmeric supplement with clean ingredients. Great for general inflammation support if you take it consistently. Organic India's quality is usually reliable. Definitely a nice daily add-on for joint or recovery benefits.

Best Answer:  No, but this is the answer from the company: We add ginger to this formula for the same reason that black pepper is added to others' supplements; it stimulates digestive enzymes to enhance your body's ability to absorb the curcumin present in the turmeric.

Best Answer:  Turmeric Formula is good for inflammation. It also have Curcumin but for hot flashes I would take something that only has Curcumin and nothing else but you may want to try Turmeric formula and see if that helps.

Best Answer:  I cannot say with certainty that Tumeric helps with Parkinson's, but there are many articles that support this statement. I do love the brand of Tumeric I purchase from the Vitamin Shoppe. If it was me, I would be very likely to try Tumeric because I'm unaware of any negative side effects.

what are the benefits of using this product?

Best Answer:  Reduces inflammation in the body. For me personally I love to run but I was having problems with my knees. I noticed a HUGE difference within a few days of using this product. I take it faithfully every day and I have NO knee issues now. My husband takes it and it helps his shoulders and wrists. He is a construction worker and used to have aches and pains that kept him up at night. If he takes this daily he doesn't get those problems.
