Great night or sleep

I was very unsure of a plant melatonin, but this one was actually pretty decent. I didn't wake up feeling any kind of groggy or anything like that I do try to stay away from melatonin because I know our bodies naturally produce it, but for it being a plate of melatonin I really did like it. I fell asleep peacefully, and had a great night of sleep.

This stuff works well,

This stuff works well, the taste is a bit earthy, but once you get over that it grows on you. It works better than most and keeps you asleep longer. I like that it's natural ingredients.

I tried Solaray Plant

I tried Solaray Plant Melatonin recently, and from a personal perspective it's been a pretty good fit for nights when I'm having trouble falling asleep. I appreciate that it uses a plant-derived melatonin source. I found that about 30-45 minutes after taking it - with a light evening routine and low light - I started feeling noticeably sleepy, and I fell asleep quicker than on nights without it, which for me is the main goal. On the downside, I did notice a bit of residual grogginess the next morning when I took it too late or after a heavy meal, which matches reports that melatonin supplements can cause daytime drowsiness or dizziness. Overall, I'd say Solaray Plant Melatonin is a solid, plant-based sleep-aid option for occasional sleepless nights.

I have been taking

I have been taking this every night before bed time and it really help me with my sleep. I normally have around 1. 5 hours of deep sleep but it is increasing to more than 2 hrs after 2 week supplement. I

Works effectively for better

Works effectively for better sleep without grogginess. It feels clean and natural, and of course great for nightly use. I would recommend folks trying it especially if they have a hard time getting sleep.

This is my first

This is my first time trying melatonin. I work weird hours occasionally and while I fall asleep fairly easily I don't always stay asleep or I wake up earlier than I wish. I've taken this about 3-4 times and my wife says I fall asleep faster and seem to sleep harder. I will say it is better to take when you can get a good 6-8 hours. I took it one night when I was only able to get 4 hours sleep and I did feel groggy. Not sure if that was the melatonin or just lack of sleep. The pills are normal size compared to other supplements I take and easy to get down with no foul odors or flavor. I recommend it to have for times when you need it.

I've been trying this

I've been trying this plant-based melatonin for a little while and honestly it's been helping me fall asleep faster. I don't take it every night, just when I really need to relax and reset and it works perfectly for that.

I love this product!

I love this product! The ingredients are all natural and it seems extremely effective in helping aid getting to sleep ?? they're extremely cost effective without the chemically derived melatonin that everybody else has. The capsules don't really have a scent, which is good since everything else on the market smells nasty. Recommend!
