Great product
I have been struggling with insomnia for the most part of my adult life. Melatonin supplements do work, however I really do not like the fog I wake up the next day. This supplement first of all tastes absolutely delicious, I have been using it for a week now. Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep and I wake up fresh in the morning. gifted by new chapter.

Restful night's sleep
This supplement was complimentary from newchapter in exchange for my honest opinion. I really like the idea of using an all natural sleeping aid to help get a restful night sleep. You just take one of these tablets an hour before bedtime and it helps with getting a solid night sleep. The best part about using this, is that you do not wake up with any grogginess. You actually wake up feeling refreshed and having some good energy. I thought the pills were easy to swallow with no weird after taste. Gifted by newchapter

Gentle, Effective Sleep Aid
I actually stopped using melatonin in the past because I always felt so groggy and off the next day. That's why I was interested in trying this one, especially since New Chapter claims no next-day grogginess - and it truly lived up to that claim for me. It helped me fall asleep and stay asleep, and I woke up feeling clear-headed and ready to go. I only use melatonin when I really need it (like before travel or when anxiety keeps me up), and this works perfectly. I love that it's plant-derived,…

Gentle, Natural Sleep Aid
complimentary from New Chapter I've been using New Chapter Plant Melatonin + Tart Cherry & Ashwagandha and noticed results from the very first night. The small, round tablet is easy to take with no aftertaste or side effects. I love that the melatonin comes from tomatoes and that the unique formula also includes tart cherry, organic ashwagandha, and chamomile. As an existing New Chapter fan, I'm impressed that this all?natural sleep aid is effective and made with ingredients I feel good about.

Helps me fall asleep
I received this complimentary from New Chapter in exchange for my honest review. I have a very hard time falling asleep and staying asleep so i was excited to try this. I took this one hour before my bedtime as it stated and I noticed i started getting sleepy around 30 to 45 min in. The first night I took it i slept all night. The 2nd night I took it I did wake up in the night. I need to try it a few more times with different scenarios such as wearing earplugs or it not be too hot or cold etc. I am overall pleased with this as it can at least get me to fall asleep.

Melatonin
These are the best melatonin supplements. Take it before bed and gives you a great night's sleep. You only need one pill and it's enough to give you a restful sleep. I always sleep uneasy and with this it ensures that I wake up rested.
