Good product
It doesn't specify to take separate times a day or at once. But they don't leave the bad fish oil aftertaste like I would expect from anything with omega 3

No gross fishy taste!
The first and only fish oil I’ve found that doesn’t taste gross going down, and no fish burps! It has a subtle strawberry taste but it’s not overpowering. Also love that the pills are super small compared to most fish oil pills. Definitely going to be taking this throughout my pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Highly recommend!

Much better scent and flavor than others
Love this DHA! So much better than others who claim not to have a fishy taste or smell but they definitely do. This one does not! Smells like strawberries as soon as you open the bottle. I was previously using RainbowLight Prenatal One Duo that comes with an additional DHA supplement but it smelled horrible. I had to stop breathing from when I opened the bottle until after taking it. This is pricey but totally worth it for me if I don't have to be grossed out everyday. I actually look forward to the strawberry scent.
