Great potassium gluconate supplement
The gluconate anion form of potassium supplements is very highly absorbed and easy on stomach. The 99mg K+ dosage is the practical size for gluconate form, and not as big of a pill as some are indicating. Nothing like a 1000 mg Vitamin C Tab. Highly recommended the Solgar brand. Quality.

Easy to absorb, hard to swallow
Yes, large tablet, but not easy to swallow. I usually chew them up and drink them down with some water. Doesn't have much flavor and isn't that unpleasant. I wish they'd make them in lozenge shape though.Still, from everything I read this is the most absorbable form of potassium.

Good For Me But Hard to Get Down
A high quality form of potassium. However, large and thick cylindrical shape is very difficult to swallow. Most of the time I end up chewing up the big chalky tasting tablet with plenty of water.
