Animal Cuts is a powerful fat-burning powder. Take 1 serving upon waking and another serving 4-6 hours later. Each serving should be taken on an empty stomach just prior to a meal and stay well hydrated while on the product. Follow 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. For optimal results, be sure to combine with a proper cutting diet.

Animal Cuts covers a full range of fat burning supplements and supporting supplements for mood and focus. Overall it isn't a bad option as long as you understand that this isn't a miracle pill pack. It won't do anything without all the normal effort you need to lose weight. It will make you feel better. The fat burning part is very mild. So it works pretty effectively but I will say if you take it twice a day be careful the first dose I recommend eating a simple quick to digest carb because if you do it fasted with just water for morning fasted cardio it does cause a little nausea and I have thrown up 2 times but like I said it does work it helped me reduce water weight and make definition slightly more noticeable.

  You can order from Vitamin Shope and I have not had any side effects from taking it but will tell you cut out any caffeine from your daily routine if you start this product.

So i was referred to this product to assist in losing weight and building my metabolsm. I walk and am trying to do more at home excercises. I by no means have time for the gym but can do a full work out at home. I never take supplements. The reviews are 50/50. I am no hard weight lifer or body builder. I do like the fact that there is no caffeiene. I am nervous about the amount of intake although I am asuured there is no harmful ingredients. So my question is, for a first time supplement user, is this recommended?

  You mentioned that you don't take supplements. There is 9 pills per pack and you have to take 2 packs per day, just so you know. If you can handle it then it should be fine, but don't take after 3pm(you won't be able to sleep if you do). It will also make you pee a lot for the first couple of days, which is a bit annoying. Overall, its a great product and I would recommend it.
