      I have used this product for many years. I take it to maintain whatever my weight is, not for losing weight. If I DON'T take it I WILL start gaining. It's also very beneficial for many good health reasons.

        I basically use to support my weight management regimen. I haven't experienced any adverse side affects from it. I recommend it, however, recommend you consult your physician to see if it's good for your system, since you do say that you have a weak stomach and it's easily upset.

        Despite the claims -- from doctors and Dr. Oz -- nothing happened for me. I initially took it as a method of detoxing, but I didn't notice any difference from before to after. I stopped ordering it. Sorry Vitamin Shoppe!

        Hi, I have found through personal experience, eliminating all sugar and refined flour products, as well as fried foods will help with reducing the belly fat. It's not easy, but it really works!

        I continue to buy it, but I'm not sure that I've seen any results. There are probably better options out there, but worth a try.
