    Meh.
    I work out on average about 5-6 days a week and supplement with creatine almost daily. Tried it because it was super cheap for a ton of servings. Nothing wrong with it per say? just comes in last for me as far as impact is concerned vs all other creatine brands and formulations I have tried.

    Fantastic!
    Helped me gain 20 pounds of muscle in 4 months. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to gain muscle. The only downside I had with it was it tastes very bad since it is not flavored but mixing it with some juice or a preworkout you are already taking completely hides the bad taste. Hope this review helps

    This Stuff Works
    I have switched almost entirely to the True Athlete brand as they manufacture "clean" products without all the fillers, proprietary blends, etc. After using this product for about 4-5 weeks, I have had success with this product and have gone up with weight on all my lifts, as well as added about 8-10 pounds of muscle mass. This is all accompanied by a healthy diet with high protein intake. While it is popular to take Kre-Alkalyn and other creatine products with a preworkout, I would caution you to read the label of your preworkout to see if it already contains Creatine Monohydrate. If so, I would find one that contains less than 3 grams of it (ideally none), then supplement with Kre-Alkalyn. Lastly, the value of this product is unmatched. I can also speak proudly of True Athlete's preworkout formula, which works excellent! Hope you all get the same positive results from this product that I did.

    How do you mix each serving? Do you use 8oz of water or other?

    Best Answer:  You at supposed to take Kre-Alkalyn on a daily basis. So what I do is on my workout days I mix three scoops with my pre workout and on my off day, I mix it with one of my protein shakes. With the pre workout I use water but the protein can go either way.

    Best Answer:  I cannot tell or advise you how to take any supplement. However, I use it two ways 1) During moderate training periods of going to the gym 3 times a week just for resistance training I will take a dose 30 min before workouts and with my recovery supplement. Intense training periods I take daily doses, one upon waking and one before workouts. Again this is not my recommendation for you, only the way I use this product. Before taking any supplement you should seek the advice or counsel of a Doctor or Registered Dietician.

    Best Answer:  Hello-
    I am a professional powerlifter and have taken probably every version or type of creatine since I began taking it in 1993- before it was even well-known in the United States.

    Answer: definitely powder!.. It's really all about the amount: for creatine to be effective, you need 5-10 g / day minimum to get noticeable gains from it; I take 20-30 g / day with no ill-effect on blood lab results and about 15 years of nearly constant use- it's very safe if you otherwise healthy.
    Just look at the dose that one pill delivers, probably less than a gram, and for certain, waaaayyyy more expensive and no more effective than powder (your gut melts the capsule in about 1 sec so you're basically taking the powder anyways. Creatine has no taste so it's not really hard to throw the powder in nearly any flavored drink (I put 20 g in my after-workout shake and I'm set for the day).
    Only other caveat would be if you have stomach issues with creatine monohydrate, you may have to consider other types, be strong!
