Higher B6 then other multi vitamins
Be aware it has 50 mg of B6. That is 2940% the daily intake. Thats a high dose that can potentially be problematic taken over time.

Soy in a Multivitamin for men.
Soy in a mens multi, who thought that would be a good idea? I didn't notice until I read the label one I got home. I took it right back to the store... I love most of the products here but from now on I will be reading all the fine print.

When I get to the checkout screen, both the Men's and Women's Multivitamins show a warning about containing chemicals known to cause cancer, reproductive harm, or birth defects. However, I can't find this warning anywhere on either product's page. Please tell me why this is happening, and to which chemical the checkout warning refers.

Best Answer:  Yes, this is normal. B Vitamins are water-soluble, and your body would only absorb what it needs. The rest would be excreted out of the body and can cause this color.

what is the point of no iron?
