Great skin brightening!

Please do not change the formula
This vitamin C serum has been working really well for my skin so far. I have combination skin that is very sensitive, acne-prone, prone to redness, and affected by eczema, and I usually struggle with vitamin C products. This one does not irritate my skin at all and has helped even out my skin tone.

One of the reasons I love this serum is that it uses Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which is my favorite vitamin C derivative. My skin tolerates it much better than other forms of vitamin C, and it feels effective without being harsh.

I was also surprised that the fragrance does not bother my sensitive skin. My skin stays calm, and I have not experienced redness, stinging, or breakouts while using this serum.

I really hope Derma E keeps this formula exactly the same. My previous holy grail Derma E Vitamin C cream was reformulated and niacinamide was added, which my skin cannot tolerate. This serum has been great for me as it is, and I would be heartbroken if it were changed.

It's alright?
I love how a little lasts a long time. Goes on nicely. After 6 months of use; using daily; It hasn't gotten rid of any dark spots so a little dissapointed with that. Skin seems soft and blotches where I had rough skin became soft. Ok on blemishes.

This product did wonders for me in a short time!
I've been using this product for just under a month and I have seen a visible, noticeable difference in the redness and appearance of my skin, especially after the acne storm on my face following a miscarriage. I will be repurchasing for sure. I hope they never discontinue this!

Questionable Customer Service Experience
I like the product as I have purchased before BUT customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I accidentally placed an order and wanted to add more items to take advantage of free shipping. I immediately emailed CS but they processed order anyway and I paid over $8 in shipping for the one item which was annoying. I probably won't be buying again due to my poor experience
