Great employees
Wonderful. The employees are awesome they are consistently the same. It's so refreshing to walk in there and see the familiar faces. They always recognize me. They always are friendly and they're just happy that I'm there.

120 Capsules with only 3 Months Left? Unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 items in late January 2026 at full price. One bottle (120 capsules) expires in May 2026-that is less than 4 months away. Simple math shows it is impossible to finish the 120 capsules before they expire following the recommended daily dosage. Another bottle expires in August 2026. This is unacceptable inventory management for a major retailer. I feel like I was sent old stock that should have been on clearance.

Best OTC supplement
I began taking this 3-4 months ago after my sister recommended it. It is the best OTC focus supplement I've tried since I stopped taking Rx focus meds a year ago. I take it in the morning before breakfast & haven't had any side effects. My focus & brain functioning has steadily improved & I love the product.

Excellent!
I take it every morning and it makes my day to be more focused and alert. No sides effects, but I take it after breakfast with my smoothy. It helps me to have clear thinking. I totally recommend it.

Not nearly as good as name brands.
Thought I’d save some money with VS brands. Could just be me, but this brand of acetyl-L-Carnitine was terrible. I want a refund, but doubt I can get one. Could be a bad batch; expired. In any case, I felt uncomfortable and twitchy. The other brands worked great- cognitive improvement, clearer thinking. Not so with this brand. Never again. I’ll pay more.

What's the difference between acetyl-L-carnitine and carnipure L-carnitine?

Has anyone experiencing adverse effects? I read a warning regarding doses larger than 4mg prompting the development of TMA, creating hardened arteries and heart disease.

It says dosages greater than 3 grams (not milligrams as you stated) may be harmful.

Best Answer:  Gelatin is a protein made from animal products. Gelatin capsules are typically manufactured from the collagen found in animal skin or bone. Vegetable capsules, composed of a cellulose polymer, are also available. An alternative substance is called Agar-Agar, which is derived from seaweed. Another is made from the root of the Kuzu plant.
