120 Capsules with only 3 Months Left? Unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 items in late January 2026 at full price. One bottle (120 capsules) expires in May 2026-that is less than 4 months away. Simple math shows it is impossible to finish the 120 capsules before they expire following the recommended daily dosage. Another bottle expires in August 2026. This is unacceptable inventory management for a major retailer. I feel like I was sent old stock that should have been on clearance.

Best OTC supplement
I began taking this 3-4 months ago after my sister recommended it. It is the best OTC focus supplement I've tried since I stopped taking Rx focus meds a year ago. I take it in the morning before breakfast & haven't had any side effects. My focus & brain functioning has steadily improved & I love the product.

This supplement had my arm pitts smelling so bad no matter what type of deodorant I used it could not hold me and I have never had a problem with underarm oder. I stopped taking it and my underarms are back to normal. I will never take this stuff again.

  Actually, it's my understanding the reverse is true. Go online to http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Carnitine-HealthProfessional/It says dosages greater than 3 grams (not milligrams as you stated) may be harmful.

  NO, I have never experienced any side effects, and I have been taking for several years now. The capsules have 500 mg of the active ingredient Acetyl- L- Carnitine. I take in the afternoon between meals as directed.As a long time user of natural medicines and a Doctor of Naturopathy student I firmly believe that sometimes pharmaceutical companies and doctors want you to only take prescribed medicines, and that is where a lot of the warnings come from.Donna

  Myrna, I have been taking this product upon waking and before bed (empty stomach) for about 10 years, and have had no side effects whatsoever. I do combine it with NAC, SAMe (a.m. only), and Biosil, so it has other friends with it. Most of the studies I have read highly recommend this product, and I've not run across any such warnings.
