That is why we formulated Natural Vitality Calm Mind, a blend of magnesium and L-theanine, to help you manage occasional stress. Incorporate this delicious Unflavored Drink Mix into your self-care routine as you relax and recharge. Simply add water, mix, let it fizz, and feel the power of Calm.

Directions

SUGGESTED USE FOR ADULTS: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. FOR FASTEST PREPARATION: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM to a glass or bottle of cold water.

Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, lactating, have a medical condition, including kidney disease, or if you are currently on medication.
