Old chalky tablet was much better
This product used to be a chalky tablet, melted in the mouth. Okay. Now, you changed into a giant capsule with powder inside. It is hard to swallow and I will return. Where is my melting chalky tablet? I need to find another brand with melting tablets. For some of us who take tons of things, one less pill/capsule to swallow is key.

Changed from last time I ordered it
Upset because the last time I purchased this (and the reason for purchasing in the first place) was that the capsule had liquid magnesium inside. Now it has changed to a powder, which I didn't know before I purchased it. I have slow digestion, and last night I burped about 20 minutes after taking it and a white powder came out of my mouth! This is not good and now I am again in search of finding a capsule with liquid inside that I can take. So frustrating!

Haven't used it yet but I'm hoping it helps with my nighttime leg cramps, as has been the case with my plain magnesium. I've read that citrate is better for absorption.

I use this to help with sleep and regularity. I suffer from interrupted sleep and constipation. This helps with both taken at night. Though I take 2 instead of 1. Great product.
