Never Slept Better
I purchased this because I have always had problems with sleeping. I now take it religiously before bed. It makes me feel super cozy and is so amazing with sleep. I have ordered other brands but this has been far and above the best. So much so that I have bought it for multiple family members and coworkers!

Endlich keine Wadenkrämpfe mehr

I have had muscle spasms since childhood. Have been taking magnesium with calcium. Just read should take the mag. with nothing mixed in it. I need to know the brand and amounts recommended. Also results of people taking it.

Sorry, I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but curious if you have tried higher doses of Co Q 10, I say this because this has definitely helped my spasms related to statin use, but I found that 30mg & 50mg were not enough, it took 100mg, and maybe for your condition, as I do not know the cause, it could take even more, but I would research this yourself for the maximum dose, probably in a European study, they seem to look at these things more than the US medical establishment.
